How not to get new mobile customers

<p>I went to Telkom Mobile to get a new contract phone because of their better rates. I have been with cell C for over 10 years. I was armed with all the documentation they require and I thought that having a Telkom landline for oer 10 years would also work in my favour. I was shocked that I was required to complete my own application form, then worse told I would be contacted once my account for a SIM only service is approved. That was 24 hours ago...and I am still waiting. I am disappointed that Telkom has not modernized in any sense...with other service providers as far as I remember everything happened within the hour...</p>
