How much does it cost to move a fixed line the telkom way.....

I have made many attempts just to move my line to a new address.I can not understand that 10 different call center operators gives me 10 different replies to my move order.First i apparently ordered a 10 and 20 mb line then they cancel it after called them many times to just do a move order.Suddenly i need to checked for credit , ok but am i not an existing customer?????for a move order??????Telkom has some of the worst operators at the call centers,after i asked to speak to a manager the phone is dropped in my ear as the operator is reading all the bull on the screen and cant use some brain cells to answer me.I need my line moved is all i am asking for.....Is that such a huge TASK????????????I am losing business because of this incompetency.I will send a invoice for all my losses to telkom.
