How many times must we tell Telkom we have problems with our line!

I am truly sick and tired of telkom! Every month we pay on time!!!! But always a problem with the line!!!! I am in Oslo Beach been phoning you guys sending "yes" to your sms's to as if we have a problem then line is back on for 2 hours and down again!!! I pay R1000 every flippen month with no hassles!!! I expect service! Not always offline!!!!!!! I have been struggling since the 9th of November!
