to fit a phone line. All of them but don't expect a phone line!<br> <br> Nature of complaint needs an 'All of the above' option! This company are so inept at everything they do. I hate the thought of giving them money.<br> <br> As a stay at home mother, the opportunity of a lifetime passed my way to work from home 3 half days a week. All I needed was internet at home. It is no lie when I say I wish the job description had asked me to to be a male instead. At least this is attainable and there are doctors willing and able to help. The Internet and a working phone line it seems just is not possible through a communications company apparently in the business of supplying... well internet and phone lines. <br> <br> I am honestly at my wits end. I must have called them between 15-20x by now. Twice daily since being so-called connected. Escalating fault, technician working on it now, I've heard them all - yet nothing changes day after day. This company is ruining the perfect job opportunity for me. I can't honesty be being unreasonable with regards to expecting this to be up and running within a month can ?!
