How low can you go?

Is it legal to just increase a person's limit without their knowledge, consent or approval? How can I be held liable for such? Am I supposed to stop in the middle of calls to check my balance? How do I monitor the usage of the phone by kids when I am busy? Is that not the purpose of the limit? Am I now authorised to just walk up to houses and paint them without the owner or tenants consent, knowledge or approval and then expect to get paid? Is that even legal? Is that not entrapment? I have been to the telkom shop, pmb, liberty Midlands mall and was told sorry that's just the way it is, I even posted on facebook but very little or no interest has been shown. Is this now telkoms way of boosting revenue?
