How Long should I wait for my service to be repaired?

<p>Wow Telkom. 3 weeks and counting to fix my LTE internet connection. Your service has dropped from 30mb speed to less then 1mb. You have acknowledged it is your issue and not mine. yet here we are. almost a month down the road. Your SLA is to attend to our problems within 72 working hours. Yeh Right! </p>
