How long must I wait?

It's funny how finrite insurance has your documents when deducting money but yet when you need their assistance they will give you run arounds.I lost my phone on the 5th of October did everything needed but still no feedback ,the was a time I was asked for CRM screenshot which surprised a lot of telkom consultants and it was sent either way how long must a person wait for her claim
