HOW LONG MUST I HOLD FOR ASSISTANCE

<p>I have phoned about 5 times now in one afternoon having to hold more then 10 -15 min at a time without speaking to someone who can assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>My router automatically reset itself nothing is working i just need a password. But holding the phone for such long periods not acceptable.</p>
