How Long does it take Telkom to activate my Fibre and landline???

Hi,

I've moved to a new place on 01 June'18 and now it's 13 days without my service being reconnected. My lines are installed and all it is for them to active my services which they seem not to do. I've sent them so many messages on twitter but all they reply is that it's with this department or that department but cannot get an exact date as to when it will be connected. I've paid for a service which i'm not getting and i'm hoping that I get a credit against my account. Can i get my Fibre and landline activated please!!!
