How long does it take for payments to reflect?

<p>Good day Telkom, on Friday 26/08/2016 your collectiond department deducted R5981.84 from my account. I phoned today as my account is still suspended. Aparently it takes 7 working days for the debit to show on your system. I have asked if this can be escalated but was told that it cant as they need to wait for the debit colectors to update it on their system.... Is there a resion that it takes 7 working days? does your system sleep at night and take the weekends off? surely your systems are automated? or is it your bank that takes this long to reflect the money? if so move banks, my bank shows it within a day at the longest.</p>
