How long does it get ADSL. Useless service Telkom

Hi we app**** for a prepaid landline to be converted to a fixed line in early December 2018. An order was placed to then receive an adsl connection on the same line. Since then nothing has been done. Two months and Numerous calls later we are still told that there is a problem that IT needs to resolve. This IT story is goingon for over a month now. We have never encountered such an *********** organisation ever. No answers are forthcoming. Pathetic service.
