How long can it take to fix a problem

<p>We have been experianceing packet loss for about 4 weeks now. i am just fed up with calling them every day to try and fix this problem...... we have been logging this fault over and over and each time they tel us its fixed and nothing has actualy chaned, are they to stupid to even see that they stil have not fixed the problem or just to f#king lazy to fix it. i have only had a tecnition here once for all the faults i have logged and that didnt even help. Every time i called i asked for them to keep me up to date with the problem but it seems thier phones dont have the ability to phone me cus i havent recived a single update....... if service gave money they would be poor as f#uck</p>
