how is this possible

<p>I bought a new sim card and ricad it. I sent a sms to port from mtn to telkom. Last night i find out that the number is on a different sim number and i now have to do a sim swop and pay for it! I have the sma as proof that i sent the correct numbers through so im not paying for this!</p>
