How is Telkom still in business ?

<p> The shocking service I've received from your contact center.A simple request has now become rocket science for your *********** agents.Why does it take hours on end to receive a ITC (information trust corporation) reference number for a lost phone. I spoke to a agents earlier on that made false promises ( Thobela that dropped the call on me) . Bad service!!! "Tomorrow starts today" it looks like it's starts in 2 days time for you guy . I try my best to avoid interaction with Telkom. Best products and worst service and a product value is something I would sacrifice for good customer service, it's not like you guys are the best by far in any case. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Vuyo </p>
