How is Telkom is still in business???!!!!

How is it possible that Telkom is still in service!!!!!<br> For a month we have been trying to reach them. Waiting on the phone for 2-3 hours! <br> When you go to a Telkom shop they tell you they can't help you, you need to phone in. <br> And then finally when they answer... Guess what, the line goes dead!<br> <br> What a useless company, no wonder they can't afford their employees.
