How *********** can anyone be for heavens sake???

On 29/11/18 I reported a faulty landline ref no ********** 4. By 11/12/18 it was still not repaired so I reported it again, Ref no ********** 8. It is now the 14th of December we are no closer to resolving the problem.

Thank goodness for ( NOT Telkom) cellphones
