How hard is it to set up a debit order?

How many times must I contact you guys to sort out 1 issue. I regret renewing my contract coz clearly y'all are not willing to do one simple request: please debit on the 25th. For the past 6 months I have been requesting the same thing, I'm always told that it's sorted but guess what? The following yall don't deduct. This is really irritating!!
