HOW HARD IS IT TO DELIVER A SERVICE????

I made contact with telkom at a direct branch in bellville, after having difficulties ordering my new line online, after filling in the forms at the store the sales consultant had no after sales contact with me and I was just waiting and waiting for a call. A call center agent eventually calls me and dont even explain the situation properly! I asked her to hold and she drops the phone. Is this the kind of service TELKOM delivers? how hard isit to have a landline installed on a premises that already has lines. TELKOM should be ashamed of the way they deliver service. All I want is a line installed so I can use internet at home. You are depriving me of a basic service. It is not fair that the cost of your service is so high yet it is so difficult for you to deliver it in the first place..UPSET and disgusted previous and prospective client :(
