How hard is it to cancel an account?!

I am very, very disappointed with Telkom's call centre! <br> I phoned the first time on 25 June to cancel my account. I phoned again later on to make sure everything is fine only to find out that the person who \helped"me previously did not cancel my account. The Lady on the other side said that she will cancel it for me and that she will do it with the date that I called on previously. Since there is a month notice period"
