How hard can it be Telkom

Dear Telkom,

I requested to move my line from Grahamstown to Port Elizabeth on 29/09/2017 (Order Number ********** 04A). This has never happened. I have a line at my residence, I only require it to be connected, how hard can this be? On 23/01/2018 I was provided with a different order number, ********** 07A, nothing has happened. On 5/03/2018 I was provided with yet another order number, ********** 39, nothing happened. On 12/03/2018 I was provided another order number, ********** 83A, but this time promised that my line would be connected on 05/04/2018. The line was not connected as promised. I phoned the call center AGAIN this morning and spoke to Notombunkulu Miya who was very useless and refused to connect me to someone with whom I can escalate this problem.

Please contact me on ********** so that we can resolve this, I have been waiting for 6 months and I am no further than when I started the process.

Hi, This is too little too late. I continued to receive very poor service and no feedback following the above post, which resulted in me cancelling the order and I am currently in the process of canceling the ADSL agreement which was in place. Funnily enough, after cancelling the order, only then did I start receiving feedback, and guys showing up at my house to do the connection, but it was too little too late as I had already cancelled. I have now moved over to LTE from MWEB, three days after placing the order my router was delivered and I was on-line. Let me remind you that after 6months of constant communication with telkom I was no further than the day I started the process of moving the line. Telkom has some serious thinking to do regarding your systems and how you treat your customers.
