HOW HARD CAN IT BE!

<p>I've been dealing with Telkom over 3 months now to get a telephone pole fixed in Simonstown. First, they said they couldn't repair it because I don't have a Telkom line. So, I app**** for a Telkom line to be installed at my home. Then, when they got there to install the line, this is about a month and a half down the line, they told me they can't install the line because the pole is broken!? No one can give me a date when they will fix it? I want a product from you and you obviously don't want any sales???</p>
