How does this even happen?

<p>So for the past 2 years I had decent service and wondered why Telkom got such negative light until recently. I depend on strength of my connection and so what happened could not trigger me anymore than it has. It seems to make more money from people who have large contracts they do not fully deliver on services, since upgrading my account I have had nothing but problems in connectivity. Telkom said that they were upgrading their towers in the area when contacted, that was a month ago. Now after the "upgrades" are done my service is even worse. Terrible company that is for lack of a better description, utterly useless.</p>
