How does Telkom still exist? Absolutely NO service!

<p>Went to Telkom store to convert my landline to prepaid since I cancelled the ADSL that it was linked to. I was told by Eastgate store that it was no longer possible to convert and so I submitted my cancellation (NOV 2016). Received a call from Telkom Retentions in FEB 2017 basically telling me that I didn't have to cancel and that I could convert to Prepaid lLookalike (what the Eastgate branch should have offered me in the 1st place). So I said OK and placed the order for the service - ORDER NO. ********** 77A.</p> <p>......It is now 5 JUNE 2017 and I am still waiting. I have called 10213 more than 10 times asking to speak to a manager but they are NEVER available - either in a meeting or on another call. They NEVER return my calls even when I leave my number.</p> <p>I have received sms' telling me that delivery would take place on 2 different dates. On both occasions no-one pitched up. Not even the DECENCY to call or a sms me that the delivery will not take place. They actually have the nerve to tell you that it's an all day appointment and that you have to be available to receive delivery. When I called in to the call centre on both occasions I was simply told 'Oh sorry, I see that the dellivery has been moved (first to 31/5, now to 30/06). ***!!</p> <p>@Sipho Maseko, what kind of business are you running there - a church? It's an absolute miracle that your company is still standing given the lack of customer service (and appreciation). Disgusting!</p>
