How does Telkom charge for sharecall?

I'm unable to contact Telkom by email. Hence 1 star but that's not why I'm writing this review.

Does Telkom charge extra to dial sharecalls and if so why?

Why charge extra especially as the recipient of the call is subsidising the cost of the call?

Why hasn't Telkom updated it's infrastructure to bill sharecalls correctly?
