How do you treat customers?

I went to your westgate branch on Monday my phone is due for upgrade, I rudely get helped by the sales lady and says they dont have stock, seriously not checking if I can upgrade anything, Northgate branch even worse!<br> <br> I want to upgrade but no one wants to help me. Is this how you treat customers?
