How do you only put 50 spots on a tower for uncapped

<p>Good day I have have telkom 50gb lte wireless for more then 3 months not to bad, must say but since I got it wanted to know if I could upgrade to the uncapped was told not in my area so I left it the month later a tower come up and I phone telkom call center to ask if I can upgrade to the uncapped and they said no. It in my area and asked if they know about the tower if it is the tower to support uncapped they said they not able to tell me nothing then week later phone again same thing the 2 weeks later I go to there website type in my address it says all the uncapped spots have been taken and gave me a ticket, then my wife phoned and found out the tower only takes 50 people, where I live there more than 1000 of houses so that does not make any sense. So phoned again was transferred to 5 people no one could help is it so hard to upgrade to uncapped I have never struggled so much to upgrade and to give more money for a service in my life come on telkom step up.</p> <p>So why is there only 50 spot? why was i not informed? why can you not help me?</p>
