How do you guys handle your accounts???

So frustrated by the way telkom handled my account. We had an agreement on which day they should debit from my account, and in January they never did and all of a sudden they suspended my services. How is it my fault they they never took what I owe them from my bank account? I call their call centre and a guy keeps on insisting that I owe them and I should do a deposit??! So now I should inconvenience myself because they never kept they're end of the deal.. Shame on them.. I checked my statement. It doesn't show that they tried to debit and couldn't. This is some disgusting service from a network I was so proud of..
