How do you even manage to Keep operating? Telkom Customer service leaves me with a bout of Schizophrenia

So In September 2016 my 2 year data contract with telkom comes to an end.

I keep using the service on a month to month basis for the remainder of the year before deciding that I no longer require it.

On the 9th of February I email the required cancellation form and proof of id to the email address as provided (ref Mr Sithabiso Hlongwane so called Customer service representative)

Finally on the 20th of Frebruary I receive a response from the same address stating that "Order ********** 40A was successfully submitted. Awaiting an early date: 28/02/2017..."

At this point my whole experience with Telkom starts to go south (i.e. very bad). At the end of the month I get billed again for this service.

And from this point onward the evil cycle starts and keeps repeating itself.

I phone , raise a query with regards to the continued debit from my account for a service which was confirmed to be discontinued, only to be billed again at the end of next month. Rinse repeat.

My last query (ref ********** 80A logged 5th of June) left me somewhat optimistic, but apparently the one thing that TELKOM does not fail at accomplishing is to continously dissapoint their customers.

Its now July 2017, And telkom has ****** close R1500 from my Bank account.. .***!

Im currently stuck with another contract which I took at at the end of 2016, and think that the only way Im going to be able to prevent this international syndicate from de*****ing me of my grocery money every month is to close my bank account and or become an asylum seeker...
