How do you actually get Telkom to do their job??

On 13/08 i logged a complaint here and after a few days Telkom \fixed"my problem (my ADSL only works if I call and get them to reset my line and then it only work for about 5 days when I need to call them again).<br> <br> I got a call from 3 people at Telkom"
