How do we get hold of you Telkom 😡😡very bad service

How do one can’t Telkom directly because none of the contact that are on internet goes through .I capped my minutes for my daughter phone however month end I am still charged extra and when I go to stores I am told it’s for extra minutes.Which extra minutes if I asked for my sim to be capped
