How do I ever get a hold of any human being at Telkom

Guys, first it was receiving my handset on a brand new contract, waited almost 3 weeks to be delivered to me with no sign of a soul after the sales consultant signed me up. Now I want to change my debit order date and noticed I cannot get a hold of anybody, seems like this is the trend at Telkom. Also, I am not even sure what the current debit order date is!!! Please for the life of me can somebody call me. I actually don't want to even give 1 star.
