How do I complain about a service thats non existing?

<p>Our cellphone lines were suspended, we have paid the full amount a week ago and still struggle to have our lines unsuspended. Have sent numerous emails and phone 3 times a day and above all the phone gets put down in your ear if you complain. What should we do to have this problem resolved now? </p>
