How can u bill me if I don't even have a landline?
I sold my house dec 2014. 23rd jan 2015 I paid it n cancelled based on the fact that I sold the house. Now I receive an SMS saying I have been handed over to the lawyers to pay the arrears amount!!!!!! I called billing team who tells me it will take 6 weeks to investigate!!! But what is there to investigate if I don't have a house nor a line???<br> I need this sorted and cancelled ASAP and for the lawyers to resend an apology!!!!<br> <br> What the hell is Telkom up to??????<br>
