How can they continue to exist with the service they offer?

<p>I have app**** for an ADSL connection to my home. I used to have a connection, so I know everything is in place. So why do I have to wait so long to become a client of TELKOM. I have an order number - I can even check on the internet for progress, but there is no progress - always the same message. If you call the call centre you are fortunate to speak to an operated after 15 mintues of wait, only to hear they don't know either. They cannot give you a number of somebody who knows - NOBODY KNOWS!. You just have to wait until they want you as a client.</p>
