How can Telkom Damage properties and get away with it

Telkom is upgrading their service by laying optic fibre cables throughout Northmead Benoni, A great initiative . However in the attempt to do good to the community they are damaging property where ever the go. I have read some of their reviews back to the clients where the stipulate that where the work belongs to the Municipality . We have lived on our property for over 20 years , not once did the Municipality of Benoni every damaged our property the way Telkom has done so. Please advise what are you going to do about that. Telkom has damage my expensive neatly layed out drive way so badly. They have broken my bricks and throw it against my wall and some back. I looks horrible
