How can I wait on the line for more than 40 mins.

Yesterday 29/01/2015, I phoned the Telkom line 10210 and waited for just over 40 minutes, ( that is close to my whole lunch hour). I will not believe that there was not one person that could not have at least picked up and said that it is busy on their end, this is just so that people know what is going on.<br> <br> I do not get any response and I am not willing to wait on the line for that long again. <br> <br> The reason for my call is to know what is happening with the installation of the voice line at my home.<br> <br> Thank you
