How are you still in business?!?!?!?!

Land line has been off for a month, I've put in a complaint and was given 770CRZ ********** 8 reference and nothing came from it and everytime I follow up it's always the same there working on it, but clearly there not if it's still not working then I made another complaint and got ********** reference and still nothing! Pure laziness! If someone would just get back to me and tell me "there is a problem we're working around it" ect. anything but not even a please call me!!!!
