Hounded for arrears that have been cleared by Telkom. BHAM DAHYA ATTOREYS ****!

I have been dealing with Telkom on a number of occasions concerning a outstanding amount. I received a email stating that my arrears have been cleared. Now I received a call from a lady, I asked if she was from Telkom , she rep**** yes. I said I will forward the letter that I received from Telkom stating the arrears have been cleared. She sent me her email address and I saw that she was from BHAM DAHYA ATTORNEYS *** *** SHE **** TO ME. I demand a recording of the call. Will Telkom get these people off my back
