HOUNDED BY MBD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't ever take out a contract with TELKOM!!!!!! I cancelled it and this took me about 20 emails to sort out! Then they cancel it and tell me that I owe R370 on it. i went onto my profile on Telkom and my account number had been deleted and I was not able to make the normal payment using my debit card (never trusted them with debit order). I start getting calls from MBD and these IDIOTS tell me I must sign a debit order for a once off payment of R370, i asked for banking details and was told they only use debit orders. After much arguing they send me the banking details and I deposit the money and then send through the proof of payment. I receive another call from them telling me I owe another R125 for costs and interest!!!!!!!!!!! I asked where this came from and they got abusive and threatened me! I spoke to Nataniel Lethoi who told me he would add a lot more money onto this unless I paid this amount and that he would take legal action against me! I then paid this amount.....but it never ends there does it! They keep on phoning NON STOP and i have now sent them everything. This is like the mafia and they are all as stupid as each other!!! They use threatening tactics to get the money..Telkom should be ashamed of yourselves for using them
