Hounded by debt collectors after contract cancellation request was made

Being hounded by debt collectors after I requested to cancel my contract due to affordability, which Telkom never did. I am actually not suprised at the lack of service from these idiots. Honestly, to hand people over after they requested their contracts be cancelled, AND DURING THIS BLASTED PANDEMIC, is truly a show of character from Telkom's side. Utter ******* company, I hope they go bankrupt!!
