Houdini! The telkom story

<p>Let's see here I love how when you go to a store they smile shake your hand you sign on.the dotted line and walk out there Wif a smile stretching from ear to ear and before you know it it's two years later and bam double charged even tho the words "no.extra charges for upgrading" stand loud and proud on their site but that's not even the worst part I love how they are the silent types in the relationship when it comes to explaining "pro rata" and "month begin" transfers or rather upgrading at the beginning of the month ....... now this is were I'm asking the people who don't know a Damn Fing about those two words ..... Those who work at telkom please don't comment because you say you know these fings but don't bother to bring it up and then you surprise attack.us Wif extra fees when we upgrade and then rack up our debts and tell us we missed a month when I ask where these amounts come.from you make.up some **** about pro rata and out of data rates I like how you always ask "would you like to access out of data rates" to wich I reply no but now I surprisingly owe you triple what my monthly payment is please explain.How many shades of ***** that is to telkom owner I hope you BURN and die to those people who work.behind the counter and actively go.out of their way to hide these extra costs from me and not fully explain a change to you until you get surprised by extra costs and have to make.changes on the spot I hope you BURN die go to hell get sodomized in.hell and BURN some more I hate how we have no idea of what happens but realise that we can't to a Damn Fing about it because they hit you Wif a "here's your frikking case number we'll get back to you wifin 7 days hold tight" geeeeeeeze **** me ! Your frikking money is gone and it's never coming back and there's Nufing you can frikking do about it ......... Hating telkom is not even close to how I feel about those ....... people ..... I will not swear here.</p>
