Hostmaster is not responding on our emails

I have a problem with my emails. I cannot send and receive emails using the domain. I called Telkom on 10210 and they told me they don't deal with the domain, I tried to communicate with hostmaster through emails but no respond, since last year our emails are not working and this is affecting our business. Please someone advise if there are other contact details to communicate with hostmaster.
