Hostmaster does not respond

I have called Telkom on 3 different occassions. First call: 4/2015 - 34mins Second Call: 8/7/2015 - 25mins Third call: over an hour. The consultants are clueless and take forever to get you to a manager. I have also emailed [Email Removed] 4 times and no response. The manager of the call centre by the name of Thando Dlamini refused to come to the phone and address my issue. Peter a guy from hostmaster had called me on one occasion and promised to email me but did not. Telkoms service is pathetic. I would like to move my domain immediately but i cannot due to this pathetic service
