Hostmaster does not respond

On the 07/01/2016 I have sent a request to the hostmaster of Telkom requesting my domain login details. I have received my reference number for my issue and I have still not yet received a response from Telkom. I have sent 3 further e-mails to the hostmaster requesting them to respond but I did not receive any feedback. I have also called 10210 and the call centre agent could not assist me, they response was I have to e-mail the hostmaster as they do not take calls.
