Tried calling 6 different Telkom Stores in JHB area on 3 different days to find out about stock & what they had to offer. After no luck I took time off work to go join Telkom as a new customer. Waited 5 mins while 1 person was busy, then another salesperson decided to come out front to help me. I asked about a Once off Data bundle I saw online. He showed me a piece of paper stuck to the table & said those are all the bundles. I corrected him & showed him in their brochure what I wanted & he said oh they don't have stock. <br> Obviously a bit irritated I asked why none of the stores ever answer their phones. As I could have avoided taking time off & driving all the way for nothing. He answered me in a very aggressive tone & I actually asked why he was so aggressive to me. We argued for awhile & when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me saying he doesn't have to give me anything. Since he wouldn't give me his name I decided to take his photo so I could report him. He lurched forward & tried to grab my phone which luckily he only managed to knock. He then walked into the back room & shut the door. The lady gave me his name, Sbu Mapapu, the manager there! Shocking behaviour!
