Hostage Situation
After my last complaint about Telkom, on the 14th September, I had a generic response that somebody would contact me. Nobody has contacted me. Telkom states that one is to give one (1) months notice. I effectively have given 1 month and 1 week! Due to Telkom and their care free attitude and incredibly agonising procedures, rules and policies, I now owe them even more money. How does one escape such a hostage situation? TELKOM are you going to just no service me and keep me paying?? I look forward to your response.
