HORRRIBLE SERVICE AT TELKOM MALL OF AFRICA BRANCH

I went to the Telkom Mall of Africa branch on Saturday (06/08/2022) and received the most shockingly bad service from a consultant by the name of Gift Mncube. He was very unfriendly and treated my wife and I like we were not supposed to be disturbing him. he always rep**** negatively. it was clear that he did not want to help us with a simple sim swap. we then left and came back the next day to try and get assistance and the lady that we saw helped us in 5 minutes. she wasn't friendly either, but we were glad she helped us quickly. This has left a BAD impression on me and therefore, I will be moving over to another service provider from now on. I am prepared to pay cancellation fees on all my contracts with Telkom.
