HORROR TELKOM SERVICE

I wanted to do a simswap since I lost my device...and after being told that its not possible to do a simswap via phone due to a high incidence of *****...I was referred to a telkom store which is about 80km from where I am based...and I went because it is inconvenient for me to stay without my number to which everything is linked...I got to the store around 9am and I was told their system is down they cannot perform a simswap for me...I can come and check later at 12 noon...which I did...12 noon comes and I go back to the store...only to be told its still system down and they dont know when it will be back on...
