I regret ever taking up contract with them, their service is horribly pathetic, was told had R900 worth of arrears wherelse my premiums were via debit order and went off each month, for only 1 month that I got paid a day later my payment date was changed without my consent, their contact center tells me I need to pay manually, rep was rude, the other just sent me to rate service without resolving my issue when I ask for settlement amount as I want them out of my life they give stories and issue different amounts..
