On Tuesday I ordered telephone line for 5 LANCASTER ROAD in Vincent and received a sms saying they will install on the 29/02/16, I waited from 7;30-16:30, no one arrived. On Monday I went to the Vincent Park branch were I called the call centre and was told that the technician went to the address during those hours and no one was there, and my cellphone was off. I therefore went to the branch again, only to find that the address they had was Place, not Road. So I was told that the technician would come on the 03/03/2016, today I was at the office at 7am, I called the call centre during the day to confirm the address and cell number and they said everything was in order. At 3pm I called to check now I AM BEING TOLD THAT I WILL GET ANOTHER DATE BECAUSE THEY WENT TO 7 CROSSWAYS ROAD IN BEACON BAY, BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY HAVE ON THE SYSTEM, iTS MY PRIMARY ADDRESS, ***!!! THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS I TELL YOU. Why would I get a sms sayng they will install in Lancaster Road and they go to Crossways Road.
